Lifetime Warranty/Return Policy

Lifetime Warranty:

  • All parts are covered by a Lifetime Warranty against defects.

  • If a part fails or stops working after the initial 90-day Money Back Guarantee, we will provide a free replacement - no charge. Please note: Refunds are only available within the first 90 days. After that, warranty coverage is for replacement only.

90-Day Money Back Guarantee:

  • Defective items can be returned within 90 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange, including shipping.

Non-Defective Returns:

  • Items returned for reasons other than defect (e.g., “did not need the item,” “purchased wrong part,” or “misunderstood the description”) are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

  • Shipping charges for non-defective returns are not refundable.

Return Process:

  1. All items have a recorded serial number. Returned items must match the assigned serial number.

  2. To return an item, email us at sales@partsint.com to obtain an RMA number and return shipping address.
